So you are referring to adding this action directly to the commit
dialog? I know TortoiseSVN has this feature but I am against it. I
think it is too power-user oriented. The Synchrnonize view is a
better place for actions like this.

I have plans if I ever have the time to explore removing features from
the Commit dialog and making it more like the CVS commit dialog. I
think in the long run driving users to the Synchronize view with
clearer and simpler dialogs probably creates the best overall
usability.

All that being said, I do not mind if you want to file an enhancement
in the tracker. It is still good to record these ideas somewhere.
