[Subclipse-users] Error : Subclipse (1.2.0) requires plug-in "org.eclipse.core.resources (3.2.0)", or later version

I am using the Eclipse Version: 3.1.2.
I need to install the Subversion Plugin for Eclipse. I am following the
installation instructions from the following link.
http://subclipse.tigris.org/install.html

I am at the step-6 and I get the error
Subclipse (1.2.0) requires plug-in "org.eclipse.core.resources (3.2.0)", or
later version.
when I select checkbox. I could't proceed further.

At step-4, I am selecting the following option.
Name: Subclipse 1.0.x (Eclipse 3.0/3.1)
URL: http://subclipse.tigris.org/update_1.0.x

Even I have tried with the Eclipse 3.2+ option.
Name: Subclipse 1.2.x (Eclipse 3.2+)
URL: http://subclipse.tigris.org/update_1.2.x
It doesn't work either.

Please help me!
