Ok, I understand, I didn't know it was an already known problem. Then I
read your article about the commit dialog
(http://markphip.blogspot.com/2007/01/features-of-subclipse-commit-dialog.html)...
So yes, no need to enter an issue.

I am not really aware about eclipse's internal but should I guess that
this problem comes from eclipse's architecture (inability to have free
focus between a child and his ancestor window)?

In all cases, thanks for your answers. And now I discovered your blog,
I'll keep an eye on it.
