[Subclipse-users] Valid working copy can't get Subclipse to connect

I have a valid working copy in my filesystem. When I right-click on this project's node in the Package Explorer, and go to Team..., I don't see 'Share Project', which is how the docs suggest.

I'm using Subclipse 1.2.3 and Eclipse Europa (3.3).

Hasn't this problem been addressed in the past?
