[Subclipse-users] Project randomly loses version control

Weird error i'm getting. Using Eclipse version 3.2.1, subclipse version
1.0.4.
 
I check out from svn into eclipse as a new project, and everything runs
fine for a few days.
 
Then (it seems) at random the top level folder which i checked out the
project into just suddenly loses version control.
 
I did some digging in the mail list archives, but nothing i could find
seemed relevant (e.g. JavaSVN and JavaHL 1.4).
 
Has this happened to anyone else??
