[Subclipse-users] Warning of Duplicate Conflicts when upgrading to Subclipse 1.0.5

I am using the IBM Websphere Message Broker Toolkit.

When trying to install Subclipse 1.0.5, I received the following
warning (which made me cancel the installation, and remain with
using Subclipse 1.04)

Duplicate Conflicts
===================
If you continue with the update/install, the resulting configuration
will contain duplication conflicts that may cause parts of the
product to be unusable. Do you wish to continue?

  Logging Utility and UI Patch
  |
  +-Version 6.0.1.1 in /C:/IBM/MessageBrokersToolkit/6.0/rad/eclipse
  |
  +-Version 6.0.1.2 in /C:/IBM/MessageBrokersToolkit/6.0/eclipse

Can anyone tell me more about this?
What is the real danger of ignoring those warnings?

In /C:/IBM/MessageBrokersToolkit/6.0/rad/eclipse, I have the following
plug-ins:
  Logging Utility and UI Patch 1.0.0 -->enabled
  Logging Utility and UI Patch 1.0.0 -->enabled
  Logging Utility and UI Patch 6.0.1.1 -->enabled

In /C:/IBM/MessageBrokersToolkit/6.0/eclipse, I have the following plug-ins:
  Logging Utility and UI 6.0.0 -->disabled
  Logging Utility and UI 6.0.1 -->enabled (but with a warning "!" icon)
  Logging Utility and UI Patch 1.0.0 -->enabled
  Logging Utility and UI Patch 6.0.1.1 -->disabled
  Logging Utility and UI Patch 6.0.1.2 -->enabled
