        I never noticed that kind of problem. Maybe because I always separate the commit description into one line per change. I.e.:

- Updated to match new project structure.
- Added "src/test" to list of packages that Checkstyle should ignore.

        Personally, I find it difficult to have a huge paragraph as a commit description being readable anywhere, with or without
auto-line-feed.

        In the other hand, it could be a nice to have, and I don't think it would be a problem since it's not a real CRLF, just a
screen format. But I don't think it would be a priority feature.

        I also took the time to confirm that TortoiseSVN has that.
