Thanks Mark, I understand it now. However, one issue remains - although
I appear to get a link in the Resource History, when it is clicked,
nothing happens. The URI in bugtraq:url appears to be correctly and
formatted well - is there something I need to set in Eclipse to allow
hyperlinking to work correctly?
More information : Cut and paste of the URI directly from the properties
box in to Firefox address bar, and replacing the %BUGID% with the bug
number, give the correct page, which indicates to me it is formatted
