Those fields were removed well over a year ago. Long before our 1.0.0
release at least. You will be prompted for credentials if they are
needed and not already cached by Subversion.
We stopped showing the fields because we did not control them and they
would become stale if for example your password changes, Subversion
will prompt you for a new one and we do not know that it happened. So
we still have the old password. Since the Subversion code owns this
information, we just stopped collecting it.
