[Subclipse-users] Description fields in commit popup

When i go to commit changes i get a popup that has a space to nter an
overall descrption and then under that is a listing of all the files
chaged:
file nam, status and description.
I have tried to enter some text into the description field but i get a
poppup that shows the diff of all the chages made.
Is it possible to enter text into this field? If not where is the
preferred place to add change descriptions on a per file basis. Which
then can be printed as a change log
