You need to update to Subclipse 1.0.5. When you installed the latest
TortoiseSVN, you installed a version based on Subversion 1.4. This contains
a new working copy format. The first time you touched the working copy with
TSVN it silently upgraded to the new format. Subclipse 1.0.3 is based on
SVN 1.3 so now it cannot read the new format. Installing Subclipse
1.0.5will bring you up to the latest version with SVN
1.4 support included.
