It means the file is read-only. This is usually an indication that the
svn:needs-lock property is set. You should not need to do anything (if you
are using Subclipse 1.2.0/1.0.5). If you try to edit one of these files,
you will either be asked if you want to make the file writable, or if you
want to lock the file, depending on whether that property is set.
