No Subversion client would ever do this. Subclipse shows you the status of
YOUR working copy. If you want to see stuff that is in the repository, then
you can either do Update, to get the changes, or Synchronize to see the
changes first. When doing Synchronize you would need to have the view in
Incoming mode or Incoming/Outgoing mode to see those changes.
