Huh? This is Subclipse from our site? I do not see how that is possible.
Are you saying you do not have the preference page or that it does not have
an option to switch the interface?

JavaSVN has been renamed to SVNKit since that screenshot.

Bizarre. Maybe you need to uninstall that SVNKit plugin. It has never
conflicted with us in the past though.
