We tried to make it compatible with 1.3.2, and it is on Windows, but JavaHL
does not officially support it. Sounds like there is an incompatibility.

How do I switch to SVNkit?

Open Preferences. Go to Team -> SVN and switch the preferred interface to
SVNKit.

You could also just rename/delete the libsvnjavahl-1.so so that it is not
found and we will fall back to SVNKit automatically.
