Open the Eclipse preferences and go to Team -> SVN. My guess is that it is
set to JavaHL and you used to have it set to JavaSVN, which is now called
SVNKit. Try making that change and see if that put things back to the way
they were.
If that does not help, provide some more details such as the protocol you
are using.
