AW: [Subclipse-users] Show Annotation doesn't work anymore after upgrade to 1.2.0

Thanks for your answer.

I changed the option "Use QuickDiff annotate mode for local file annotation"
from "Yes" to "No" and it works like it did with 1.0.5. Now that you told me
about the QuickDiff I would be interested to get it to work on my system.
In addition to Eclipse 3.2.2 I have TortoiseSVN 1.4.0 installed, don't know
if this has any effect and .java files are assigned to UltraEdit32.
Can you give me some hints on how to get QuickDiff up and running?

\Roger

Hi all
I've upgraded my Eclipse from 3.2.1 to 3.2.2 and Subclipse from 1.0.5 to
1.2.0, using the Software updates function within Eclipse.
Everything in Subclipse seems to work fine after the upgrade except "Show
Annotation" which doesn't show anything anymore.
Does anybody know how to get back to life?

What file types/editors are you using.  Subclipse 1.2.0 includes a new
quick-diff based annotation editor which is very cool,  It is conceivable
the editor you open the file in could prevent it from working.  This is not
the default annotation option, but you are prompted to use it and you might
have said Yes.  You can turn it back off in the preferences.
