Why not just specify the key and passphrase in the dialog? The dialog will
remember your settings and you should only have to enter your passphrase one
time per session. That would be the same effect as the properties.
I know that SVNKit does not have any mechanism for just prompting for your
passphrase, so that system property probably does not have any effect.
