I think you'll get lynched for not reading the release notes first ;-)

This is a feature, not a bug. If I recall correctly, the reasoning went
thus, that given that the Eclipse Team Development Team decided that
only a few actions deserved icons, Subclipse should do the same.

I also recall some discussion on this list regarding the ability to add
the missing icons as a customization done by the user, but the thread
silently died away. Make sure to check the list archive.
