The only OS that Subclipse provides the JavaHL library for is Windows. In
other words, on all other OS you have to provide JavaHL. My guess is that
when you installed Subversion 1.4.3 it did not include an updated JavaHL
library. I am not aware of anyone providing a binary package of 1.4 for OS
X that includes it.
