Oh yeah, that one.

Subclipse 1.1.9 would not have the same problem. If you are using an
Eclipse 3.2 based IDE, that would be the best option to pursue. There will
be a 1.1.10 release soon, hopefully by tomorrow, and maybe a 1.0.5 next
week.
