I am not aware of anything in Eclipse that allows you to go backwards. I
think you would have to uninstall/disable all releases higher than 1.0.4 and
then just follow the normal process using the 1.0.x update site URL. I
think the Mylar integration is at version 1.0.1. That is likely what you
are seeing.

        Another question, does the 1.0.4 includes everything from 1.1.9?

No, of course not.
