The same way you checkout trunk or a branch. Define a repository
connection, then navigate to what you want to checkout and check it out.

If you do not see your tags, perhaps your problem is that your repository
connection is defined to the trunk URL, instead of just the repository root
URL.

If you already have projects checked out, you can also use the Team ->
Switch option to switch the checked out project to the tag. This would have
the same issue with the repository connection URL.
