In the Windows Run dialog enter %APPDATA%\Subversion and press Enter. This
will open the area where Subversion stores the cache. Drill down into the
auth folder and its subfolders and find the file with the cached info for
that repository and delete it. Or just delete them all. You should leave
the folder structure in tact though.
