When you get prompted, have you tried varying the username to include or not
include your domain? The other issue is that the native SVN client (JavaHL)
now includes support for SSPI authentication, which essentially means it
logs you in automatically using your Windows username and password.
Unfortunately, this also can have problems and there is no way to turn it
off.
Try downloading the SVN 1.4 CLI and see if it works OK.
