There is a 1.0.x release line where 1.0.4 is the latest and a 1.1.x
line where 1.1.9 is the latest. The latter requires Eclipse 3.2. In
theory, 1.0.x is the stable line, but at this point they are the same
and the benefits of 1.1.x for Eclipse 3.2 users outweighs and risks.
