[Subclipse-users] Strange "lock forcing" behaviour since 1.1.9 with modelling projects

Hi all,
Since I moved to 1.1.9, I'm encountering a strange behaviour with Subclipse. We use the Borland Together UML designer tool for Eclipse, and now each I try to modify a diagram, subclipse show me the lock window (see attached file). If I cancel the lock window, my changes are just automatically undone (by Together or by subclipse, I don't know).
The thing is that this was not the case before with 1.1.8. I just verified it : I moved the 1.1.9 files under eclipse features and plugins dir out of the way, and reput 1.1.8 that I had saved from the previous environment. This way I could work on the UML diagrams, modifying them without any problem.
So my question: what could have caused this "lock" problem between these two versions? Were the adapters updated? I'm using JavaHL, so I thought there's no difference in adapters between 1.1.8 and 1.1.9.
Before checkouting subclipse on the svn to see by myself what the difference are between 1.1.8 and 1.1.9 that could have caused this, I thought I'd give a try here for advice. As Mark said there's not a lot of differences between these version, I guess the problem origin should be quite easily identifiable doing a diff...
Thanks a lot for your help.
