Thanks, Mark. I feel a bit foolish now, but I've never had the need
to use changesets with SVN before. Anyway, I'm all squared away now.

Reading over your caveat, I may just opt to go the old route anyway.
At least then I'll be sure to commit everything I need to related to a
given issue. I'd hate to miss a resource just because I haven't
worked with it for a little while.
