Both items are definitely there and have been since I sent the email. The
Mylar integration feature is on the same update site as Subclipse 1.1.x. It
will not be installed by checking for updates as it is a new feature. You
would need to follow the New Feature install process to install it.
The zipped update site is in the Eclipse 3.x folder. It contains 1.1.9 and
1.0.0 of the Mylar feature. You will need to update the Mylar feature to
1.0.1 for all the features to work. The latter version is on the update
site.
