I can assure you Subclipse does not have any problems in this area,
and if it did, it would be something like an out of memory error on
your client. This problem is happening within the Subversion API
itself. Try running a similar command using the svn command line. I
would expect it to have a similar problem. You can then take that the
Subversion users@ list where you could get more in-depth assistance.
Someone will probably need to look at the Apache logs on the server.
