[Subclipse-users] subclipse crashes eclipse on Ubuntu

I have installed eclipse 3.2, plus javahl. Both of these were installed via
Synaptic. Running against Sun's JDK 1.5.0.

Every time I try to open the SVN perspective, or access the Team->Svn
properties, eclipse crashes.

All I get in the .log file is this:
eclipse.buildId=M20060921-0945
java.version=1.5.0_08
java.vendor=Sun Microsystems Inc.
BootLoader constants: OS=linux, ARCH=x86, WS=gtk, NL=en_US
Command-line arguments: -os linux -ws gtk -arch x86

Anyone any ideas?
