Via the perpecitve 'SVN Repository Exploring' I can complete the checkout
under my workspace, so this method works fine and resolve the issue.

However via 'File->New->Other..->SVN -> Checkout Projects from SVN' it's not
working (at least in my config / setup) as checkout never complete.
