[Subclipse-users] problem with localization

hi, guys from subclipse community
     I'm using subclipse for my projects. since I'm from
China, my locale settings is set to zh_CN. however
I've got some problem with the chinese translation.
I think it's horrorable, no better understandable than
english. so I tried to delete plugins_zh.properties file
before re-installing subclipse, but I still get chinese words
on some views and configuration diaglogs. what further
can I do to get rid of all of these?
