[Subclipse-users] Issues with cat

I am trying to use the svn cat task and I am getting the error can't get
the content of the specified file, yet when I run svn cat command line,
it works fine. I am using javahl here is the task
   <svn username="Build_Machine" password="none" >
s.xml" destFile="d:config\PermissionItems.xml" />
