Thank you. I found that the actual .keyring file is where it is stored.

I'm not sure how to get this changed, but it would be really nice if the
FAQ would simply say "Delete the .keyring file" instead of launching
into a long-winded diatribe on whether you should or shouldn't enter
passwords.

Hello,

If you're using JavaSVN adapter then you should delete Eclipse keyring
file to clear stored credentials, if you're using JavaHL then deleting
auth directory below Subversion configuration directory will clear
stored credentials.
