RE: [Subclipse-users] Synchronization Issue with Eclipse 3.2 and

You should install subclipse 1.1.8 instead for Eclipse 3.2.x. I'm using it for almost one month without problems (or at least, not more than in 1.0.4 :-)).

Moreover, at the moment 1.1.8 is the only release able to connect to 1.4 svn server, bust maybe that's not your case.
