That is a weird problem, it implies you do not have Subclipse
installed, but did once. Is it possible you uninstalled Subclipse and
are using a different SVN plug-in such as Subversive?

Window -> Reset Perspective should fix the issue of the message coming up.

If you are using Subclipse, since you are using Eclipse 3.2, you
should install the 1.1.8 version of Subclipse. You can get info here:
