[Subclipse-users] Bug: commiting a file marks the directory as incoming change

My subclipse is now almost unusable.
When I commit a file (cqfwk/src/de/rbb/osiris/cqfwk/taglib/IncludeTag.java
in this case) the enclosing folders are marked as incoming change:
When I update, the project top node appears twice:
Outgoing changes in other folders disappear.
The Misbehaviour lasts until restarting eclipse.
