Please stop saying this, it is wrong. You were corrected on it once
before.

Subclipse 1.1.8 includes SVN 1.4-compatible JavaSVN, and on Windows it
includes JavaHL 1.4.0. On other OS, if you use JavaHL then you provide
your own version.

Once any 1.4 library touches your WC it is upgraded to the 1.4 format.
This includes Subclipse. Subclipse can read these fine.

The server version has no relevance on any of this. It is purely your
local client side code and the local WC.
