We do publish zip files. They are here:

This link is also on our home page.

We are only providing zip files for the current "release version". The
1.1.x builds are considered a development stream and do not have zip
files. That is stated on the page for that stream:

http://subclipse.tigris.org/callisto.html

Either the next release or the one after that will be called a RC build
and I will make a zip file for it.
