Another user had a similar problem a week or so ago. As best we could
figure it was a problem in JavaHL not properly creating the runtime
configuration area. Open the Windows Run dialog and enter %APPDATA% and
click OK. This will open up a folder where config info is stored. There
should be a folder named Subversion. Try renaming it and restarting
Eclipse so that it is recreated. This works for me, but did not work for
some other people. The folder should have a structure like this:
Subversion
config
README.txt
servers
|--auth
|--svn.simple
|--svn.ssl.server
|--svn.username
If those folders beneath auth do not exist, there is no where to store the
cache.
