1.0.3 isn't subversion 1.4 compatible. You will need to install 1.1.8, the
latest version, from the update site.

Subject: [Subclipse-users] Connecting an existing project
Hello,
I have an existing project in Eclipse (version 3.2.1) that I've checked out
with TortoiseSVN (version 1.4.0) and Subversion (version 1.4). The only
thing different about this project is that the Working Copy/source code is
in one location and the Eclipse workspace is in another. I tried to get
Subclipse (version 1.0.3) to acknowledge that this project contained a
valid Working Copy using the method described in your Connect an Existing
Project with SVN help page. However subclipse doesn't seem to recognize
this as a Working Copy and tries to put them in the repository instead.
If I right click my project and select properties in Eclipse I see the
"Location:" as specifying a directory where a .svn folder exists (the top of
my Working Copy). Shouldn't this be enough? My .project, etc files are
also in this Eclipse Location.
Any ideas?
thanks!
Allen Irwin
