AFAIK are aubclipse1.0.3 and tortoise 1.4.0 not workspace compatible. If you
touch a workspace with tortoise 1.4 it is automatically converted into the new
subversion 1.4.0 format.So you can not use subclipse1.0.3 with this workspace.

i do not know what is going on. An incompatible workspace error should occur.
But i am not using subclipse 1.03.
