The custom dialog for setting the keywords property has been dropped. The
keyword expansion feature has not been dropped. All the dialog does is set
the svn:keywords property for you. We now have good general management of
SVN properties and so I thought the dialog was superfluous and I am trying
to reduce the number of menu options that are available.

Expanding keywords is a function of Subversion, if it is not happening it
is just that you are not setting the property. Do Team -> Set Property or
Show Properties. You also probably want to learn about the auto-props
feature of Subversion so that these can just be set automatically.

So to recap, all that has changed is that we removed the custom dialog and
option.
