Client adapter: JavaHL (default)

Mark: For JavaHL, this is not stored in the registry, it is in the
Subversion
runtime configuration area. Which is in their home folder by default.
Presumably a user would be authorized to this.

I wouldn't expect either adapter to have any problems in this area, but I
definitely would not expect JavaHL to have a problem.

Mark: This should still be true since it uses the same area to store the
info.

Mark: I do not think this is an area of Subclipse that is is susceptible to
breakage.
