svnAnt is pretty out of date. The svnClientAdapter it uses would not be
capable of just using JavaHL as is. If you set up all of the correct
binaries in your PATH I think it would work, but I do not think it would
otherwise. I have no idea if you can just drop in the svnClientAdapter
from Subclipse. There were some refactorings that might not work from
svnAnt.
