Yes. Right now if we use the svn move command it would give an error
saying that you have to commit the add before the file can be moved.

Please file an issue for this by the way. Someone should look at coding a
workaround. I took a quick look at the obvious changes but it roadblocks.
 So someone else will need to do it.
