I would read this as Team -> Add followed by Team -> Commit. The former
does not add it to repository. I suspect you only do add here.

Looks like the problem happens here. The .svn folder still exists in
folder2. So this has the old name in it. This will be fixed when we can
use the svn move command. If you did Team -> Revert prior to renaming it,
that would also fix it.
