Subclipse adds online help with WDSC. To import a project, take a working
project with WDSC and do Team -> Share Project.

A properly checked out Webfacing project would show up in the list of
WebFacing projects. The EAR project generally does not, but it doesn't
before you share it either.

Finally, that XML seting is in the Webfacing preferences and repeated in
each projects Webfacing properties.
