Two base files is normal until you are commit.

Subclipse will have executed svn move.

I think this is a Subversion bug. I recall a discussion with similar
scenario a few weeks ago. I am not sure if a fix was made or not. But I
think when you committed it was checksumming the wrong file or something
like that.

I'd try searching their archives, or posting to their list fresh. I'd do
it myself but I can't right now. If you want to wait a few days I might be
able to. All I could probably do is confirm it is a bug.

Clearly this bug does not happen to everyone, so you could try starting
over or something. You could also copy the file within the SVN repository
view and just fix it up when you check it back out. I'd probably just try
it all again first.
